Jakub Hodul\u00edk is a doctoral candidate at the Department of Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law, Charles University, and an assistant to a judge of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Czech Republic. During his master\u2019s studies at Charles University, which he completed in 2024, he spent a year abroad at University College Cork, Ireland, where he also began working on his book.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
His doctoral research focuses on the constitutional limits of restricting freedom of expression by non-state actors in the digital sphere. Jakub has also explored topics related to electoral law and the politicization of the judiciary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
